The Streamlined Review Framework for the ASEAN Common Prospectus was developed to co-ordinate the review of a single prospectus for offering or listing applications of equity and plain debt securities. The MoU was signed by Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand in March 2015, effectively synchronising the review process whereby approvals will be granted by the relevant authorities at the same time, within the indicative timeframe of 3–4 months from the submission date.
